March’s sound bath will be an invitation to shake off the energy of winter and connect with your intentions as Spring arrives.
We’ll begin our journey with a short guided meditation before exploring reflections around the coming year through invitations and journaling prompts.
We’ll hold our intentions, as we gently transition into a deeply nourishing sound bath journey using Koshi chimes and crystal singing bowls.
