If you’re looking for workshops, rituals or gatherings that support wellbeing, connection and self exploration, I’m sharing some of my past offerings below. I am available for bespoke workshop and ritual design that’s underpinned by my work as a counsellor and therapist, a space holder, a certified trainer and a keynote speaker.

I’ve worked with various organisations, including Birmingham University and the NHS, as well as having my own in-house offerings, which are designed to support people to explore healing, wellbeing and connection to self, each other and nature.

I offer counselling and therapy, as well as nature based therapy
I hold space for people to explore nature based spirituality.
I support people to connect with the land, themselves and cycles and seasons
I offer sound based meditation and sound healing practices.
I weave psychology, somatics, neuroscience, spirituality, movement, nature, meditation, ritual and ceremony into all of my offerings.

You can explore past offerings below. If you’d like to work with me please get in touch.

Regular community gatherings in nature to explore ritual and ceremony around cycles and seasons and the Celtic-Pagan wheel of the year.

A collaboration with Verbena, a modern British Restaurant in Birmingham where we created a meditative journey through a carefully curated menu. This offering included guided meditation, exploration of food through story and ritual, activation of the senses, experiential dishes and live soundscapes.

nature connection workshops

Working in partnership with the Birmingham and Black Country Wildlife Trust to deliver workshops for young people. Workshops explored gentle connection with nature through meditation and sensory exploration of place.

An Arts Council England funded festival by Ampersand Projects, around introducing children to folk crafts. I delivered sound-based meditation workshops exploring the sounds of the forest through singing, chanting, and listening. I also shared folk stories and nature based practices.

A workshop in partnership with Birmingham Tree People as part of the Urban Tree Festival. The workshop explored ways that you can use mindfulness and meditation to explore the natural world.

A workshop for photographers at Let’s Go, Portland Oregon exploring mindfulness as a way of seeing, reframing creativity, and connecting to the world with all of your senses. I also delivered a keynote talk around mental health and wellbeing, with a focus on practical tools that can be utilized to support the nervous system.

Sound work includes immersive guided meditation and sound baths, and extended sound workshops utilizing the voice, singing, chanting, movement and rhythm.

Workshops focus on the role of the autonomic nervous system in stress, depression and anxiety from a polyvagal theory perspective. This includes exploring practices and practical tools to activate the parasympathetic nervous system / rest and digest response.

I teach various approaches to meditation, including mindfulness, active meditation, nature-based meditation, sound, relaxation, insight meditation, and energy-based work. I weave elements of yoga philosophy into my teaching and non-asana based yoga practices, such as Yoga Nidra.
